At Vintage Frames Company, we strive to ensure your eyewear fits your unique style perfectly; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn, original-condition frames. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses and final sale items are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original designer case and branded packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the frames, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
