We ship worldwide via DHL Express. International orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, though customs processing in your specific country may occasionally extend this timeframe.
What is your return policy for eyewear?
We offer a 14-day return window for all non-prescription frames in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made prescription lenses are final sale and non-refundable.

We provide detailed measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length) for every pair in the product description. We recommend comparing these to a pair of glasses you currently own for the best fit.
Do the frames come with original packaging?
While we provide a signature Vintage Frames Company protective case and microfiber cleaning cloth with every order, original period-correct designer packaging is included only when specified in the product listing.
